At Moasure, we want you to be completely satisfied with your motion-based measuring technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you can return your device within 30 days for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for processing.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer support team via our online portal with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- 2.Package Your Device
Carefully place the Moasure device and all original accessories back into the original box to ensure the electronics are protected during transit.
- 3.Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location for secure delivery back to our facility.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
